Gestão sustentável dos materiais remanescentes de obras de uma IFES

Abstract

O presente estudo objetivou analisar como é a gestão dos materiais remanescentes de construção civil das obras executadas por uma IFES. Neste sentido, fez-se uma pesquisa documental, com observação in loco e entrevista com servidor da IFES. Os resultados indicaram que a IFES pesquisada possui uma gestão de resíduos, isto é, atua na reciclagem ou reuso dos resíduos, amenizando, dessa forma, o impacto ambiental, e, além de enfatizar critérios de sustentabilidade na elaboração de seus projetos, os resíduos remanescentes são destinados para locais licenciados, conforme a legislação vigente, o que é previsto na contratação da empresa executora de obras, tendo esta, a obrigação de comprovar a destinação desses resíduos.
