La gestión de conocimiento del CUM, su influencia en la capacitación de cuadros y reservas del municipio Río Cauto

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en el municipio Río Cauto motivada por la inaplazable tarea de desarrollar los cuadros y sus reservar en los momentos actuales de nuestra Revolución; a partir de las principales insuficiencias detectadas en su preparación y superación, las necesidades del territorio, los actores locales y agentes decisivos en la elaboración e implementación de la Estrategia de Desarrollo Local y las potencialidades educativas del CUM como agente relevante en la construcción social de conocimientos. Para ello se realizó un sistema de acciones de superación y capacitación que brindan accesoria en determinadas áreas del conocimiento. Su aplicación impactó favorablemente cumpliendo con sus objetivos propuestos al fortalecer la gestión y superación continua de los Cuadros y Reservas de los organismos priorizados y Consejo de Administración Municipal (CAM), elevando su preparación en cuanto de la formación y desarrollo de capacidades y habilidades para enfrentar los complejos problemas colectivos del municipio desde su organismo.
