Sistema de acciones para perfeccionar la gestión formativa local de cuadros y reservas en el municipio Contramaestre

Abstract

El trabajo se centra en los insuficientes conocimientos, habilidades y valores relacionados con los contenidos de administración-dirección que limitan la gestión administrativa de los cuadros y reservas. Dado que en la actualidad son escasos los instrumentos prácticos para orientar la gestión formativa local de estos dirigentes, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un sistema de acciones para perfeccionar la referida gestión en el municipio Contramaestre. Este instrumento que se aporta como resultado principal del trabajo, fue estructurado a partir del método Sistémico Estructural Funcional y se sustenta en diversos aspectos teórico-metodológicos, así como en la experiencia de los autores. El mismo está en condiciones de ser utilizado en otros contextos, una vez realizados los correspondientes ajustes a sus condiciones humanas y materiales.
