Percepción de la calidad del destino turístico del Cantón Francisco de Orellana

Abstract

El estudio de la percepción de la calidad del destino turístico de Francisco de Orellana, reflejó el momento actual de esta actividad, considerando la demanda que llega a la ciudad y la oferta de servicios que tiene el cantón, se logró determinar cómo está siendo atendida la demanda del turismo interno y de la demanda internacional por parte de los prestadores de servicios turísticos, así como la calidad que presentan estos servicios para la satisfacción del cliente a través de varias herramientas metodológicas, previo, durante y después de la permanencia de los turistas en el cantón, se utilizó la escala de Likert para medir la calidad, análisis FODA y CPES para estructurar un plan estratégico para complementar la oferta de servicios en la ciudad.
