Estudio para la creación de un centro de entretenimiento familiar en la ciudad de Milagro – Ecuador

Abstract

La investigación se centró en un análisis de factibilidad para la creación de un Centro de Entretenimiento Familiar en la ciudad de Milagro-Ecuador. En la actualidad uno de los problemas que afecta el sector del entretenimiento familiar es la distancia en que se encuentran ubicados los centros de diversión familiar, lo que justifica la necesidad de crear un centro de entretenimiento. En el estudio se efectúa una proyección financiera sobre las necesidades económicas que tendría la empresa como resultado de los recursos e infraestructura de la misma para ofertar servicio de calidad y altamente satisfactorios. Además, se exponen estrategias de marketing que permitirán el posicionamiento del negocio en base a un estudio de las necesidades del mercado y un manejo excelente de sistema de precios y promocional.
