Las ciencias de la información y su incidencia en el desarrollo local, según la literatura publicada en la revista brasileña transinformacao 2012-2016

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo está en caracterizar la literatura latinoamericana sobre Ciencias de la Información que incide en el desarrollo local, publicada en la Revista Brasileña Transinformacao. Se escoge esta revista por ser la de mayor factor de impacto dentro de las Ciencias de la Información en Latinoamérica, según el Portal Scimago Journal & Country Rank de 2016. Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo descriptivo, longitudinal y retrospectivo, analizándose un total de 114 artículos en el período 2012-2016. Del total de artículos analizados se realizó una clasificación dentro de las Ciencias de la Información para determinar aquellos núcleos y competencias que guían el accionar del Profesional de la Información en el desarrollo sostenible, destacándose un total de 25 artículos. Como conclusiones se destacan las propuestas comunes de interés para la región y el avance que ha tenido las Ciencias de la Información en gestar acciones para el desarrollo local.
