La inteligencia emocional en el trabajo grupal

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es investigar cual es la ejercitación de la inteligencia emocional que utilizan los estudiantes del tercer nivel de la carrera de Psicología; dentro del proceso educativo, se ha tendido a privilegiar los aspectos cognitivos por encima de los emocionales. Incluso para muchos estos dos aspectos deben ser considerados por separado; sin embargo, esto no es conveniente si se pretende lograr el desarrollo integral del educando. Para poder incorporar los aspectos emocionales en el proceso educativo y caracterizar en qué consisten las emociones, cómo a partir de estas surge la educación emocional y qué papel juega está dentro de dicho proceso. Este trabajo de investigación que se propuso realizar fue factible llevarlo a la práctica, por cuanto se contó con la apertura requerida del centro de educación superior, autoridades, docentes y estudiantes, la cual beneficiará directamente a docentes y estudiantes.
