Algunas reflexiones sobre las técnicas de limpieza en la hotelería

Abstract

El Departamento de Pisos tiene como misión más importante, la satisfacción del cliente, asegurando una imagen impecable del hotel y garantizando la limpieza, servicio y estado de mantenimiento de las áreas de alojamiento y zonas nobles. Se debe lograr que el cliente vuelva a confiar en nosotros en cada viaje ofreciéndoles niveles de confort y bienestar. Para este departamento es de vital importancia alcanzar niveles de excelencia que satisfaga y exceda las expectativas de los clientes. Este departamento trabaja en la sombra para que el cliente sienta la sensación de placidez, orden y seguridad. La aplicación de nuevas técnicas que permitan importantes mejoras productivas y de eficienciaresulta de vital importancia para los profesionales de la actividad hotelera. El estudio que se presenta a continuación pretende profundizar en conceptos relacionados con la materia y presentar algunas técnicas que favorecen el cumplimiento de los objetivos del Departamento de Pisos.
