El papel de ingeniero industrial en la preparación del personal para la Defensa

Abstract

Con este trabajo se pretende exponer como preparar al personal y a los órganos de mando y de dirección en el cumplimiento de las misiones encomendadas para la defensa y reducción de desastres; cohesionar los órganos de mando y de dirección y las unidades; incrementar constantemente la preparación, la cohesión y la disposición para cumplir las misiones a nivel empresarial en la UEB de Trasporte de Pasajeros y Cargas generales del Municipio Jobabo, la misma tiene crucial importancia, ya que la base se encarga de todo el trasporte de cargas y pasajeros del municipio y de ahí la necesidad de la actualización del sistema de preparación del personal para la defensa en el tiempo de paz.
