Estudio económico-financiero en el sector lácteo Español: el caso de Capsa Food (2012-2015)

Abstract

Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta S.A., más conocida como CAPSA food, es un grupo español centrado en la producción de productos lácteos y derivados. En los últimos años, el sector lácteo español ha estado marcado por la desaparición de la tasa láctea y el descenso en el consumo de la leche y de los productos lácteos. En este contexto, el objetivo de este trabajo será realizar un estudio contable de esta empresa puntera en el sector entre los años 2012 y 2015, incluyendo un análisis comparativo con otras compañías del mercado. En primer lugar, se situará a la empresa en su sector, estudiando tanto sus oportunidades y amenazas en el mercado como sus debilidades y fortalezas internas. A continuación, se realizará el análisis contable de la misma en comparación con otras empresas del sector a través del estudio ratios y tendencias.
