Nivel de educación ambiental en niños de primaria del sector público en México

Abstract

La educación ambiental toma auge a la segunda mitad del siglo XX como una propuesta necesaria para confrontar la problemática ambiental, (Vargas et al 2011). Considerándola como uno de los procesos más dinámicos, participativos y democráticos que buscan el despertar, el interés y conciencia del ser humano, que le permita realmente identificarse desde su ámbito socio ambiental. (Rengifo, Quitiaquez, Mora, 2012) Por lo que si la esencia de la vida se basa en los mejores rasgos de los individuos es necesario que se introduzca la educación ambiental como instrumento de socialización y de actitud crítica para resolver problemas ambientales (Novo, 2009) En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación se pudo notar que los porcentajes más altos estuvieron situados en educación ambiental baja tanto de niños como niñas por lo que se propone el involucramiento de alumnos en proyectos a ambientales así como en el fomento de actitudes ambientales.
