Aprendizaje organizacional sobre mercadotecnia verde

Abstract

Este documento presenta resultados preliminares de un estudio cuyo objetivo fue identificar el nivel informativo de los consumidores sobre Mercadotecnia Verde. Los resultados explican que únicamente 5% de los consumidores, adquiere productos orgánicos, 1% colabora con grupos ecológicos y 3% participa en campañas. Aunque los indicadores reportan un mínimo nivel informativo porque únicamente socializan sus experiencias tácitas, lo cierto es que representa un nicho de mercado importante para generar estructuras de información explicativas que incrementen sus conocimientos sobre Mercadotecnia Verde.
