Abstract

En los últimos años en la ciudad de Babahoyo la población económicamente activa del área urbana ha venido sufriendo de algún tipo de enfermedad a consecuencias del estrés, por lo tanto existe la necesidad de realizar un estudio de factibilidad de implementar un centro de SPA, para satisfacer las necesidades en cuanto a la terapia, relajación, salud y belleza; a un precio adecuado y capaz de cubrir carencias existentes en el mercado en cuanto a la oferta de un centro de servicios. El objetivo es realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro SPA en la ciudad de Babahoyo; y, como todo estudio en su evaluación debe tener un análisis profundo de los impactos eventuales que pueden ocasionarse en el transcurso del tiempo o desarrollo del estudio, para ello se analizó los números de clientes y gastos administrativos, ya que la disminución o incremento de las variables mencionadas anteriormente este tendrá un efecto trascendental en el resultado final de este estudio. Se concluye, que hubo una rentabilidad sustancial, al administrar y al aplicar las técnicas de marketing correctamente.
