Gestión del conocimiento para el desarrollo local en Moa: vinculo Universidad -Territorio

Abstract

La universidad en los municipios es considerada por los Gobiernos Locales como aliados estratégicos en su política del desarrollo económico y social territorial, las mismas gestionan conocimientos para apoyar a los gobiernos municipales en su gestión. Esta relación permite articular desde lo local para facilitar los procesos de transferencia de conocimiento. En este sentido en Moa la universidad está vinculada al diseño de su Programa de Desarrollo Integral (PDI). El objetivo de este trabajo es diseñar una herramienta metodológica para el acompañamiento universitario al PDI del municipio Moa. Se trabajó en conjunto con actores locales a través de talleres de expertos.
