Redistribución de la Planta Inversiones Galavis S.A.S

Abstract

Desde los inicios de la revolución industrial se ha venido observando la necesidad de espacios apropiados para el desarrollo de las actividades de producción con el fin de tener una optimización eficiente de planta, esto se logra con una ordenación física de todos los elementos apropiados para la ejecución de los procesos productivos. En la planeación y redistribución en planta se incluyen aspectos relacionados con el diseño de las instalaciones en los procesos productivos, hombre, material y máquina, espacios necesarios para un buen ambiente de trabajo dentro de la empresa. A través de este proyecto se buscó una redistribución apropiada en las diferentes áreas de Inversiones Galavis, aprovechando los espacios, minimizando costos y maximizando ganancias y lográndose una producción óptima. Se minimizó la contaminación cruzada, con un ambiente seguro para los trabajadores.
