Las TIC en la gestión de personal para las empresas

Abstract

La gestión de talento humano dentro del departamento de recursos humanos y a toda la organización; es decir, directivos, ejecutivos o mandos intermedios para obtener el éxito de una empresa. Los procesos relacionados con el ingreso de personal se apoyan en las TICS como el reclutamiento, selección, contratación e inducción con los diferentes procesos relacionados con las funciones de herramientas, con la compensación, con la adquisición de conocimientos, con las condiciones de trabajo. El objetivo de las TICS en la gestión de talento humano en conocer el tipo de herramientas necesarias para el recurso humano y poder implementar otras que ayuden al proceso. La importancia de las TICS en la gestión de talento humano es para que la empresa realice con mayor destreza en la recolección de datos e información necesaria para dar el seguimiento del ciclo de vida de los empleados. Es indispensable un software de apoyo para una organización en la gestión de talento humano para obtener mejores actividades en la empresa.
