Abstract

La comunidad global actual, requiere de una dinámica social que implique a todos los sujetos de diferentes generaciones. Dicho problema encuentra en la comunicación intergeneracional, contextualizada a la educación superior pedagógica, un vía para la aprehensión por parte de sus actores formativos de compromisos profesionales, personales y sociales, atendiendo lo comunicativo, lo dialógico y lo contextual. Desde la visión de este artículo, el análisis de la comunicación intergeneracional en la educación superior pedagógica, propone un tratamiento a elementos que permiten dinamizar las representaciones sociales de las generaciones de docentes y estudiantes, quienes considerando el anclaje de estas en la formación, con un carácter intencional y bidireccional, podrán, desde un actuar, sustentado en la necesaria solidaridad intergeneracional, enfrentar los retos del milenio y las metas educativas, en la cual la universidad juega un papel esencial como entidad transformadora.
