Abstract

Este ensayo analiza la importancia de cómo se conciben los derechos humanos en diferentes tradiciones del pensamiento político contemporáneo o propuestas que se han hecho en el seno de la filosofía política, con independencia de que en años recientes ha surgido el multiculturalismo, el cual ha presentado un esquema diferente de sociedad política, a partir de las características del individuo, fundamentos de los derechos, características del orden político, relación entre derechos y el orden político, lo que constituye una forma distinta de entender el pensamiento político.
