Implementar nuevos servicios hoteleros: Caso Hotel Palace de Guayaquil - Ecuador

Abstract

La concepción del marketing, de manera general, permite familiarizarse mucho más con conceptos básicos como son: riesgo, estrategia y servicio; así también muestra métodos que se podrían implementar acorde al entorno en el que se encuentra una empresa, en este caso, una de tipo hotelera (Gómez, 2012). El presente estudio exploratorio descriptivo tiene como principal objetivo un acercamiento a variables relacionadas a la calidad de servicios como parte de la satisfacción del consumidor de servicios hoteleros. La población respondió a través de una encuesta individual relacionada con la calidad de servicios: precio, costo, elección de servicio, beneficio y satisfacción. Se verificó que un 51,43% de la población encuestada busca la oferta de nuevos servicios hoteleros, en el momento de elegir dónde hospedarse, así como la ubicación geográfica y el nivel de satisfacción respecto a los servicios. Los resultados de esta investigación, corroboran con la propuesta como parte del diseño de nuevos servicios hoteleros para incrementar el nivel de preferencia de potenciales huéspedes.
