Acuerdo de Complementación Económica entre Chile y Ecuador. Ventajas y Desventajas

Abstract

Este es un trabajo de investigación que busca entender y conocer la relación comercial entre los países Ecuador y Chile. Se examina el Acuerdo de Complementación Económica ACEN°65 (dejando sin efecto el anterior, ACE No. 32, pero manteniendo las mismas Listas de Excepciones que agrupan cerca del 96% de todo el universo arancelario) en vigencia desde el 26 de julio de 2010, para determinar las ventajas y desventajas para el país. Además, se identifica ciertos sectores en el mercado ecuatoriano que se han beneficiado con el acuerdo mencionado, dando así una mirada amplia para nuevos inversionistas. Se busca relacionar su incidencia en el crecimiento económico, establecer cuál es el de nivel de intercambio entre ambos países y finalmente procura dar un perfil de las operaciones comerciales a los empresarios ecuatorianos y chilenos.
