Abstract

El presente artículo daremos a conocer todo lo relacionado sobre las capacitaciones en el código de la democracia, mediante el uso de una aplicación web detallando sus causas y consecuencias, además del poder medir el impacto de afectación en la sociedad y los medios necesarios para llegar a la ciudadanía. En la actualidad son pocos los portales web que sirven de medio de instrucción en materia formación cívica y democrática en el Ecuador, lo cual resulta preocupante ya que estos son contenidos importantes para que la ciudadanía obtenga un nivel de discernimiento que le ayudará en la toma de decisiones en el país.
