Empreendedorismo e o micro empreendedor individual: uma abordagem sobre as vantagens e desvantagens do - MEI

Abstract

Com o advento da Lei Complementar Nº 128/08, buscam-se soluções para o fim da informalidade dos trabalhadores autônomos, fazendo com que, os que trabalham na irregularidade, possam se formalizar, regularizando sua empresa. Este artigo aborda sobre o MEI que retirou o empresário da informalidade. Nesse sentido, em termos gerais esse estudo analisou o contexto histórico do empresário no Brasil; e como está ocorrendo o processo de legalização via MEI no Brasil Em termos específicos, foi identificado as vantagens e desvantagens do MEI para o empreendedor individual. Partindo de uma revisão e análise bibliográfica, foram analisados os elementos de estruturação do MEI assim como a sua importância no processo de tributação. Atestou-se que classe contábil ganhou oportunidade para regularizar o microempreendedor individual e estes agentes se beneficiaram das oportunidades legais oferecidas pelos programas federais, entre as quais o acesso ao crédito.
