Sistema de costos en las PYMES

Abstract

El Sistema de costos en un control de recursos materiales, humanos y financieros en el proceso productivo que debe estar de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos que aseguren el registro oportuno y veraz de la información que se derive en la utilización de los recursos. Un sistema de costos debe ser capaz de medir adecuadamente el gasto del recurso invertido en la producción de un bien material y evidenciar las posibles desviaciones que puedan surgir en lo que se ha gastado y lo que se debería gastarse. Los sistemas más convenientes de costos para la empresa de pequeña y mediana empresa (Pymes) son: sistema de costos estándar, sistema de costos ABC, sistema de costos por procesos, sistemas por órdenes específicas, sistemas de costos kaizen y sistema de costos backlus, adicional a esto deben tener los factores para tomar una mejor decisión.
