Recursos humanos nos bastidores da hotelaria: estratégias e gestão da qualidade de vida

Abstract

Temas como satisfação, motivação no trabalho e qualidade de vida no trabalho têm sido cada vez mais explorados por administradores e estudiosos do comportamento humano nas organizações, visando identificar o que move e influencia o indivíduo no trabalho e como isso afeta as organizações. Nesse sentido, este estudo teve como objetivo geral, analisar a satisfação no trabalho e a percepção de justiça distributiva dos funcionários do setor de alimentos e bebidas (A&B) de dois hotéis de categoria executiva da região central de Florianópolis - SC. Concluiu-se que os gestores devem aumentar o nível de satisfação no trabalho dos funcionários, fortalecendo a percepção de justiça distributiva para criar um maior comprometimento e reter seus funcionários.
