Abstract

Se plantea la propuesta de notificar a aquellos usuarios que participen en un proceso acerca de la culminación de algún curso a través de medios tecnológicos, implementando un sistema automatizado y que mantenga su operatividad mediante herramientas de bajo costo como lo son servidores Virtualizados y Servidores de telefonía para eso existen varias herramientas de virtualización y telefonía, pero en muchos casos estos servidores son muy costosos para poder adquirirlos, En en el mundo de los sistema operativos Linux existen varias herramientas que permiten realizar estos procesos de forma rápida y segura, La Empresa Palo Santo Solutions es una empresa de sede Ecuatoriana que ha desarrollado una interfaz gráfica vía web basado en el núcleo de Asterisk que permite administrar un servidor de telefonía llamado Elastix y esta manera se puede realizar un proceso de llamadas automatizadas que notifiquen al usuario una vez finalizado un curso.
