Abstract

El desarrollo local constituye una problemáticas de actualidad para los gobiernos y actores locales; estos deben planificar acciones para contribuir al progreso de las localidades, a partir de los recursos y esfuerzos propios. En Cuba, las instituciones sociales y gubernamentales respaldan estas iniciativas y contribuyen desde sus entidades a apoyar el desarrollo local; a estos esfuerzos se suma la escuela, desde la cual se proyectan iniciativas a mediano, largo y corto plazo. El presente trabajo se orienta hacia la propuesta de un sistema de talleres para superar a los profesores de la enseñanza media para el estudio de algunas variables socioeconómicas que intervienen en el desarrollo local.
