Plan Estratã‰Gico Para Mejorar La Imagen Corporativa Del Colegio Tã‰Cnico Particular €Œolmedoâ€

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo mejorar la imagen corporativa del Colegio Técnico Particular “Olmedo†del Cantón Daule, a través de estrategias de marketing y de medios digitales que permitan incrementar la participación de los estudiantes en la institución educativa, se determinaron objetivos para mejorar su posición en el mercado. Se identificaron fortalezas y debilidades para conocer el entorno competitivo y determinar los problemas que afectan la comunicación entre la institución y la comunidad educativa, el desarrollo de estrategias de marketing mejoraran la imagen corporativa de la institución, la información obtenida para este estudio proviene de fuentes primarias siendo éstas las familias del Cantón Daule y los representantes de alumnos, a través de encuestas como instrumento de recolección de datos, autoridades del Colegio Técnico Particular “Olmedo†proporcionaron datos solicitados como apoyo a este trabajo de investigación, se consideró también la observación como otra fuente de información, en el desarrollo de estrategias se analizaron las matrices FODA y de Las 5 fuerzas de Porter. Con base en la información obtenida se plantean estrategias de identidad corporativa, las que presentan cambios creativos en los elementos identificativos y branding de la institución, con estrategias publicitarias en las redes sociales, el desarrollo de un sitio web para facilitar información y la comunicación con los estudiantes, graduados, representantes y otros miembros de la comunidad educativa.
