Abstract

Os processos recorrentes de causas trabalhistas são diversos e inúmeros e a perícia contábil trabalhista é um elemento de prova eficaz capaz de ajudar na elucidação dos fatos, utilizando procedimentos técnicos e científicos para subsidiar uma justa solução entre as partes interessadas. O objetivo deste artigo é demonstrar a importância do Perito Contador no processo judicial trabalhista. Nessa perspectiva, a perícia contábil tem sua influencia cada vez mais ampliada e justificada, em vista das crescentes necessidades da sociedade, dessa forma desempenhando um papel fundamental como instrumento de cidadania. De maneira mais especifica, o artigo procura descrever os tipos e função do perito contador e avaliar os laudos e o parecer pericial que são provas judiciais altamente valorizadas, caracterizando-se a perícia contábil e, portanto, a atividade do perito contador/assistente, como o instrumento que pode trazer a verdade e influenciar as decisões aos processos judiciais.
