Abstract

El almacenaje en una organización de tipo industrial o comercial es parte fundamental para el buen desempeño de la logística, combinando el WMS (Warehousing Management Systems) y las TIC’s (Tecnología de la Información y la Comunicación) para la entrega de un pedido a tiempo. La optimización debe reflejarse en el sistema de almacenaje, implicando que la organización reduzca sus costos a través de un sistema de costeo basado en las actividades que permita su sostenibilidad económica y financiera en el tiempo. El diseño del sistema de costeo propuesto revelará información financiera con una correcta asignación de costos, con procesos bien definidos y el uso de un programa tecnológico; ofreciendo costos competitivos al mercado en la provincia de Santa Elena. La revelación de los costos ocultos es esencial para la toma de decisiones en este tipo de empresas, cumpliendo con los requerimientos de los costes operativos de los almacenes, también se tratará sobre la productividad y eficiencia en la preparación de pedidos para optimizar los recursos.
