Presupuestaciã“N Del Efectivo En Una Cooperativa De Producciã“N Agropecuaria

Abstract

La investigación se centra fundamentalmente en una de las funciones básicas de la administración: la planificación, pero desde la óptica de las finanzas a corto plazo. Por lo que tuvo como objetivo, aplicar un procedimiento1 para presupuestar el efectivo en la Cooperativa de Producción Agropecuaria Julio Díaz González del Municipio Majibacoa, Las Tunas, Cuba. Como resultado de la investigación se tiene que el presupuesto presentado muestra los periodos críticos y ventajosos de la planificación del efectivo, es decir, cuando existirá déficit o excesos; propiciando a su vez la creación de estrategias para la financiación ante déficits y posibilidades de inversión en caso de los excesos; así como de prever con medidas anticipadas si se quiere evitar tales circunstancias.
