La Importancia De Un Plan Estratã‰Gico En Las Microempresas

Abstract

El plan estratégico tiene mucha relevancia para el desarrollo de todo negocio, por eso es necesario que los microempresarios recientes o ya establecidos en el mercado, tengan conocimiento de este instrumento porque les ayudará en la toma de decisiones dentro de su actividad. El fin de las microempresas es incrementar sus ingresos y crecer con un gran potencial en el mercado, por lo cual se vuelve significativo indagar los problemas que se presentan para así buscar ideas e implementar nuevas estrategias que ayuden a mejorar las dificultades del negocio. Este artículo tiene como propósito dar a conocer la importancia y los elementos con los que se debe contar para la realización de un buen plan estratégico, además ayuda a establecer destrezas para lidiar con los problemas existentes en el negocio. La metodología utilizada se basa en la revisión documental de bases teóricas de temas relacionados con la microempresa y plan estratégico, ya que juntos forman un elemento importante para el desarrollo.
