Tasa De Empleo Ecuatoriana: Cifra Que Debe Medirse Desde El Empleo Pleno

Abstract

El análisis y el estudio del empleo es muy importante, pues del conocimiento de este se podrá accionar y derivar políticas más efectivas a las instancias que se analice; además las personas una vez que están ocupadas pueden realizar sus proyectos de vidas, pero además tendrán la oportunidad de cubrir una parte importante de sus necesidades, tanto materiales como espirituales. Por tal motivo se considera que el empleo es uno de los indicadores más import antes para medir el desarrollo de un país. En este trabajo se puede ver varios aspectos que tienen relación con el empleo y la tasa de empleo en el Ecuador, así como varios indicadores que me dan la medida de la amplitud e importancia del tema por lo que su objetivo se dirige a poner de relieve la evolución y el desempeño de este importante indicador, al tiempo que se propone cómo se deberá conformar el Balance de Recursos Laborales a diferentes niveles de la administración.
