El Control Interno En Las Pymes Familiares, Una Oportunidad Para Mejorar La Competitividad Empresarial

Abstract

El control interno es un conjunto de acciones efectuadas por la alta dirección y los trabajadores, su propósito es alcanzar el logro de objetivos a través del buen desempeño de las actividades empresariales. El presente trabajo investigativo fue realizado en la Provincia de El Oro-República del Ecuador su objetivo es conocer por qué las pequeñas y medianas empresas familiares (Pymes) no cuentan con un sistema de control interno. Hacemos esta referencia ya que las empresas experimentan cambios en su administración, haciéndose necesario que se planteen alternativas y soluciones que ayuden a mejorar su productividad, competitividad y sostenibilidad en el entorno, y así llegar a ser más exitosas y poder desenvolverse en un mundo competitivo al desarrollar productos y servicios de calidad. Los resultados demuestran que las empresas familiares ejercen un papel fundamental en la economía orense, pero son pocas las que cuentan con un sistema de control interno debidamente establecido.
