La Auditorã A Integral: Un Enfoque Hacia El Cumplimiento De Los Objetivos Corporativos En Las Empresas

Abstract

Las evaluaciones de las actividades empresariales han evolucionado con rapidez por lo que se han desarrollado modelos analíticos sistematizados para la consecución de metas en las organizaciones. Sin embrago existen herramientas manuales que son muy eficientes cómo la auditoría integral que se enfoca al cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos en las empresas analizando el cumplimiento de las estrategias implantadas. La gestión administrativa de la empresa ha sufrido cambios rigurosos debido a las exigencias de las normas de contabilidad, auditoría y gestión de procesos, las empresas buscan estrategias para comercializar sus bienes y servicios orientados a la satisfacción del cliente basándose en la teoría de la administración por objetivos. En esta investigación analizamos la auditoría integral los objetivos corporativos y proponemos un proceso metodológico para verificar si las estrategias ejecutadas permiten el cumplimiento de los objetivos corporativos.
