Las Transacciones Comerciales En Las Organizaciones: Un Estudio Empã Rico De Su Control Interno Para La Transparencia Y Oportunidad En El Registro Contable

Abstract

Las organizaciones en búsqueda de una administración eficiente optan por la implementación de normas de Control Interno como herramienta de evaluación de las actividades empresariales. El control interno viene siendo aplicado en toda la estructura empresarial y muy poco en áreas consideradas neurálgicas como es el registro de las transacciones comerciales electrónicas (E-comerce). Para el estudio se tomó una muestra de empresas comerciales de la provincia de El Oro – República del Ecuador donde contadores y auxiliares manifestaron que no aplican ninguna actividad de control institucionalizadas y armonizadas entre el Contador y administrador de las empresas que participaron en la investigación. El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar el nivel de actividades de control que se realizan en las fases previas y durante el registro contable, su inconsistencia estaría provocando retraso en la presentación de la información financiera ante los organismos de control.
