Abstract

Los problemas ambientales se ven reflejados en la contaminación que está afectando agua, suelo y aire, en este sentido la contaminación del agua es el resultado de desechos sólidos, productos químicos y otras sustancias extrañas que ingresan en el agua; la contaminación del suelo es producto del exceso de fertilizantes, insecticidas, entre otros que provocan la disminución de la calidad del suelo; la contaminación del aire causa daños en los seres humanos, animales y plantas. El objetivo de la presente investigación es proponer la ética ecológica en la sociedad cultivando valores sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente para contrarrestar la contaminación y garantizar el bienestar de las futuras generaciones. La metodología utilizada para llevar esta investigación a cabo fueron métodos analítico y bibliográfico como; libros, artículos científicos, revistas y encuestas para la cual se tomó la población total de la ciudad de Quevedo la misma que cuenta con 173.575 habitantes generando una muestra de 383 personas a encuestar, mediante los resultados ayudaron a desarrollar la investigación, por otro lado se concluyó que problemas ambientales son consecuencia de la falta de cultura ambiental para preservar la naturaleza y las especies que habitan en ella.
