La Agricultura Sostenible Sobre Bases Agroecolã“Gicas, Su Impacto En La Seguridad Nacional Cubana

Abstract

La presente investigación es una contribución a la agricultura sostenible sobre bases agroecológicas en Cuba, lo cual impacta de manera inobjetable en la seguridad nacional; desde tres dimensiones: económicas, social y ecológica. Se aborda la agricultura desde una óptica de ecosistema, la cual se debe proyectar para satisfacer necesidades humanas y colectivas sin deteriorar, de forma irreparable los recursos humanos; económicos y rentables porque debe autosostenerse en el tiempo, para que no deteriore los niveles de calidad de vida por un alza de los precios. En cuanto a la dimensión social es una de las más importantes por cuanto pone al ser humano como sujeto del desarrollo, rige toda la vida política, espiritual, justicia social, igualdad de oportunidades, necesidades básicas satisfechas, participación ciudadana, pluralismo, relaciones humanas y de otros aspectos que la compone, y hablar de la dimensión ecológica estrechamente vinculada al cuidado y la preservación del medio ambiente, el empleo de tecnologías apropiadas que no agredan al entono y al uso racional de los recursos naturales, sin comprometer el futuro de las generaciones venideras. Los principios de la agricultura moderna aplicados a Cuba, es un aspecto esencial o central en el desarrollo de una agricultura más autosuficiente y sostenible: un entendimiento más profundo de la naturaleza de los agroecosistemas.
