Abstract

Grupo Editorial Norma es una empresa multinacional que a lo largo del tiempo ha destacado en el negocio de los libros. En la actualidad posee varios distribuidores en el territorio nacional y ahora ha decidido manejar la misma figura en el cantón Milagro. La empresa espera, con esta estrategia, incrementar sus actividades comerciales y a su vez reforzar los estados financieros debido al gran ahorro que representará colocar un distribuidor en el cantón Milagro. A mediano plazo se espera tener mayor cobertura del mercado de Milagro por su radicación en dicho Cantón. El fin por el cual Grupo Editorial Norma decide colocar un distribuidor exclusivo en el cantón Milagro es mejorar sus resultados en los estados financieros, ya que va a tener un gran ahorro en sus egresos y con el paso del tiempo mayor captación de mercado lo cual conlleva a mayores ventas.
