Abstract

Las empresas deben acompañar la evolución tecnológica y el nuevo perfil de los clientes, contratando equipos profesionales capaces de identificar las necesidades de los clientes, así como proporcionar soluciones efectivas. La competencia cada día mas activa exige que las empresas adopten posiciones mas agresivas para conservar sus puestos y conquistar nuevos espacios, todo eso nos lleva a pensar que es preciso valorizar a los clientes ofreciendo los servicios que atiendan a sus necesidades explícitas.
