Abstract

El mercado laboral está sometido a varias variables que mueven los mercados de hoy en día. A través del tiempo se incluyen más variables que afectan su comportamiento, pero la necesidad de entender cómo se mueven los mercados en la economía es de suma importancia, es por esto que se ha querido realizar una investigación sobre la importancia de los efectos que pueden producir los salarios de los trabajadores en las empresas, en la economía y en el desarrollo de un país, iniciamos con un supuesto que será base para el planteamiento de hipótesis que nos ayudaran a este fin, y al finalizar la investigación tendremos supuestos que serán previamente validados por metodología propias de la epistemología, aplicados al caso ecuatoriano.
