Abstract

El desarrollo económico y la productividad marcada por varios problemas estrechamente relacionados con el descuido del ambiente y preocupados únicamente por el crecimiento económico sin tomar en cuenta la calidad de vida han afectado notablemente la economía mundial. El ambiente es el lugar donde el ser humano crece, se desarrolla y realiza sus actividades cotidianas, resultado de este conjunto de procesos sociales, políticos, tecnológicos y económicos que genera la sociedad. Esta dinámica estaría condicionada por una racionalidad social, es decir, una idea de mundo que guie intereses económicos sociales, y comportamientos que certifiquen los procesos de desarrollo y la relación entre el ser humano y su hábitat en relación al uso y consumo de los recursos ambientales; esto se podrá llevar a cabo a través de una integración tanto de un sistema que permita tener calidad en las actividades del ser humano pero las actividades que desarrolla en el medio en el que habita, produce y consume don la economía ambiental. Considerando actualmente la economía la ciencia que regula el desarrollo del ser humano, es necesario integrar estos dos sistemas para obtener un solo resultado de calidad de vida del hombre y que este sistema permita un desarrollo económico sustentable obtenido de la integración del sistema de gestión y el sistema ambiental.
