Programa De Animaciã“N Deportiva Para La Tercera Edad En Hoteles De Sol Y Playa En Santa Lucã A, Camagãœey

Abstract

La animación ocupa un lugar importante dentro de los servicios que ofertan las instalaciones turísticas ya que contribuyen en gran medida a la satisfacción del cliente. La animación turística, en específico la deportiva, puede contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida del turista del segmento de la tercera edad. Este segmento constituye uno de los mercados con mayores alternativas de desarrollo turístico. Para ellos se debe elaborar actividades específicas que les proporcionen entretenimiento, placer y la posibilidad de relacionarse con otras personas de su edad sin que deban realizar un gran esfuerzo físico. Sin embargo, en los hoteles de sol y playa del destino Santa Lucía, no existe un programa de actividades de animación deportivas sólo para este segmento, razón por la cual en el artículo se ofrece un programa de actividades que responde a este propósito.
