Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo la planeación estratégica que permite a los cuadros profesionales y no profesionales, presidentes de órganos de base de la Asociación Nacional de Agricultores Pequeños lograr resultados orientados al conocimiento y preparación para así lograr la sostenibilidad alimentaría de nuestra población con la aplicación de la planeación estratégica. La investigación parte de un diagnóstico para detectar las insuficiencias en el proceso de organización y producción. Luego propone la creación de un grupo de trabajo con vista a obtener la información necesaria, para la elaboración de la estrategia acorde a las características de la entidad. Lo que permitió proponer una estrategia que permite lograr la eficiencia y eficacia productiva y económica de la organización y constituye un instrumento eficaz a utilizar por los directivos para el logro del cumplimiento de la misión.
