Abstract

Esta investigación hace un estudio epistemológico de los aspectos más importantes de la dinámica del proceso de formación humanista universitaria, con un breve análisis histórico del proceso enunciado anteriormente en base a la teoría de género, se determina las tendencias por la cual discurre la relación de género, a la vez que se explicita una caracterización del estado actual de las relaciones de género en la Universidad Técnica de Cotopaxi, lo que conlleva a comprender las limitaciones existentes y plantear reflexiones sobre la generación de una cultura universitaria con enfoque de género que garantice la formación integral del estudiantado, como parte de la misión, del perfil profesional y de los requerimientos sociales.
