Abstract

La incertidumbre en las organizaciones y la manera de cómo gestionan el conocimiento es primordial para los que están al frente de las empresas, quienes deben tener en cuenta sus componentes, niveles y campo de acción, conocer si toda esta información es asimilada en las diferentes organizaciones, creando un enfoque transdisciplinario para así llegar a la solución de problemáticas relacionadas con la gestión del conocimiento en las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito que es muy frecuente en países de Latinoamérica, se puede evidenciar además cuáles son las capacidades basadas en el conocimiento de las cooperativas como fuente de desarrollo local y endógeno.
