Abstract

La empresa es una organización para dar servicio a la sociedad, en la que existen personas que están comunicadas y dispuestas en forma coordinada para lograr la misión. Así mismo es fundamental las organizaciones realizan tareas y que cuenten con una red de recursos. El talento humano es el recurso humano indispensable en una empresa, ya que posee colaboradores con potenciales de estudio y práctico ya que se benefician con las tareas que se encomiendan de acuerdo a las habilidades y desempeño dentro de la institución obteniendo mejores resultados. El liderazgo en una persona que se distingue de los demás, crea un equipo de trabajo con personas con actitudes y comportamientos. La líder incentiva, motiva, convoca, ayuda, al personal con un objetivo común. En cambio, el jefe es una persona que manda y dirige a los subordinados de una oficina, quien tiene la responsabilidad de desarrollar y crecer en armonía y equilibrio.
