Participaciã“N Ciudadana, Paisaje Y Medio Ambiente En Cuba

Abstract

En Cuba la participación ciudadana ha estado asociada a dos vertientes fundamentales, en primer lugar a la participación de la población en asuntos políticos, y en segundo en los procesos comunitarios. Teniendo en cuenta la última vertiente, se desarrolló la presente investigación, dada su importancia para las acciones medioambientales, y específicamente las relacionadas con la restauración y conservación paisajística. La relación participación ciudadana, paisaje y medioambiente en Cuba constituyen elementos de gran significación que deben ser aprovechados por entidades, organismos, organizaciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales. Los métodos de la investigación científica utilizados fueron el histórico – tendencial, el dialéctico, el sistémico y la técnica de revisión de documentos. Finalmente, se plantea la necesidad de proteger y conservar el medioambiente, a partir de la participación activa de las comunidades locales.
