Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la importancia que tiene la evaluación de planes de Comunicación Interna en las empresas y los pasos para llegar a ella. La etapa de evaluación es un proceso permanente e intencionado que forma parte de la operación del Plan para la comprensión y mejoramiento de las acciones. La misma permitirá valorar qué se ha hecho y cómo, qué conocimientos se han aprendido de dicha experiencia y cuáles son los aspectos a fortalecer. En la práctica, muchas veces se descuida este paso dentro de la gestión de comunicación por lo que se hace necesario determinar indicadores cuantitativos y cualitativos que permitan reorientar la estrategia en pos de cumplir con los objetivos.
