Abstract

En el artículo se establece la base teórica conceptual mediante el análisis de la experiencia internacional y nacional referida a los sistemas de gestión normalizados. Se realiza una valoración crítica de las definiciones fundamentales referidas al sistema de gestión de la calidad y a los sistemas integrados de gestión. Se aborda su situación actual analizando las estadísticas de certificaciones del sistema empresarial de Cuba y a nivel internacional. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se realiza un análisis comparativo de los modelos, procedimientos, enfoques y normas de integración atendiendo a sus bases conceptuales, objetivo, alcance, estructura, sector en el que se aplica y el herramental asociado.
