Metodologã A Para Evaluar La Efectividad Organizacional

Abstract

El sector de las artes gráficas, como parte del sistema empresarial cubano, ha logrado un gran desarrollo, pasando a ser considerado uno de los pilares de la economía cubana actual. Por tal motivo se decidió la realización de esta investigación en la Agencia Gráfica de Holguín. No obstante a lo anterior, en los últimos tiempos se han manifestado insatisfacciones de los clientes, debido a incumplimiento en los plazos de entrega, dificultades técnicas con los medios de trabajo y déficit de piezas de repuesto. Estos elementos inciden en el nivel de efectividad organizacional. Para dar solución a esta problemática se decidió desarrollar esta investigación con el objetivo, de desarrollar, un procedimiento para la evaluación de la efectividad organizacional, con un enfoque en procesos, para la Agencia Gráfica.
